We are hosting a 5k&10k run/walk to help raise money for our adoption.

You can walk. run. jog. sprint. 2 step. Whatever you need to do to get across that finish line! And you don’t have to be an athlete to get involved! It’s a great way to support a cause and get in/stay in shape for the year!

Our goal? To raise $10,000!! That is just 100 people raising $100!

Here are the details:

1 – It’s called a race without borders because it is just that! You can run/walk it ANYWHERE! In your city, on your treadmill, in your neighborhood, by yourself, with some friends! (There will be no actual race event location in Rockford…go here for info)

2 – Here is the ONLY catch. We are all going to start this race together. Saturday, April 21, 2012. 10am CST. We are asking everyone to take a picture of themselves/their race group at their “start line” before the race and take a picture after the race at their “finish line”…send the pics to us and we will upload for everyone to see and celebrate together!

3 – Registration Cost is $20 – This will go towards funding the actual event (registration packets, mailing costs, etc.). All proceeds beyond the cost of this race will obviously go towards our adoption fund.

4 – After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with your personal fundraising link that you can send to whoever you want to raise your money! More details will come in your confirmation email…but enough about this….GO SIGN UP and start this year on the right foot! (or left…whichever you prefer…just start MOVING!)
